An item in my order has been cancelled, why?

Unfortunately, if we are not been able to secure all items in your order. You will be contacted by email as soon as possible and a refund will be processed. You will be refunded the same way you paid. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to process.

Can i cancel my order after my purchase?

We are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been processed. If we haven’t processed the order yet, you can contact us for a refund. This will be assessed on case by case basis

The item i want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Our everyday items are regularly restocked, so check back for these items. Some popular items can sell out quicker than expected. We try our level best to keep enough stock according to customer demand.
