Useful Info
How can i store my fragrances?
We highly recommend you to keep your fragrances in a cool & dry area and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life.
What do you mean by fragrance notes?
When it comes to fragrances, notes refer to the various scents that make up the composition.
Top notes are the initial impressions you experience when you apply the fragrance. They are typically light and fleeting, lasting for just a few minutes (around 5-10 minutes).
Middle notes, also known as heart notes, emerge after the top notes and become noticeable approximately 15 minutes after application. These scents are more prominent and can linger for an extended period, often lasting up to an hour or more.
Bottom notes, also referred to as base notes, are the heavier ingredients in the fragrance. They emerge after the middle notes and have the longest staying power. These scents can last several hours, providing a foundation and depth to the overall fragrance experience.
In summary, fragrance notes represent the different scents that unfold over time when you wear a fragrance. From the initial fleeting impressions of the top notes to the lingering presence of the base notes, they collectively create a multi-dimensional olfactory journey.
What is the difference between Eau de Toilette vs Eau de Parfum?
The difference lies in the concentration of oils within the fragrance. Eau de Parfum boasts a higher concentration compared to Eau de Toilette, resulting in a more potent and long-lasting scent. Additionally, there exists pure perfume, featuring the highest oil concentration, and Eau de Cologne, which contains the lowest concentration of oils.
