Wholesale Return Policy

Please note that wholesale purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage all wholesale partners to review their orders carefully before completing payment.

Wholesale Payment Policy

• All wholesale invoices must be paid by the stated due date.

• ⚠️ A 5% late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 7 days from the invoice date.

• ⏳ An additional 5% late fee will be applied every 2 weeks until the invoice is fully paid.

Stock Holding & Fulfillment Protocols

We strive to provide efficient and timely fulfillment for all wholesale orders:

• Orders ≤ 25KG: Shipped within Auckland on the same day the order is placed.
• Orders > 25KG: Wholesalers are required to arrange their own shipping.

For larger orders, we recommend coordinating with your preferred logistics provider to ensure smooth delivery.
