We are a New Zealand-based company and our warehouse is based in Auckland. All orders received before 1 pm are couriered on the same business day. In case of a public holiday, the order will be couriered afterward.
***Deliveries are normally made on business days, with no weekend delivery. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Being situated in Auckland means that for delivery within the city it takes 2-3 days. It takes 3-4 days for destinations outside Auckland and an additional two days are required for rural deliveries. Orders are packed carefully with all orders being fully insured hence buyers have nothing to worry about. If there arises any problem do not hesitate to make a call or email us so that we can solve it out together.
Christmas Cut-Off Update:
There will be no courier pickup from 24-26 December. Please allow extra 2 days for rural.

Please expect delivery delays of up to 5 working days for items in and out of Auckland due to additional safety measures and
the increase in parcels being sent. Across the rest of NZ delivery delays have been reduced to 1 working day.
