Payments
We accept all major credit cards. We also allow you to transfer in our New Zealand’s bank account in case you want this option. Just email us at support@whiffy.co.nz for further information. Once we receive the payment the item will be sent out on an overnight.
📢 Wholesale Credit Account – Payment & Late Fee Policy
This policy applies only to wholesale customers who have been approved for a credit account with us.
- Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date.
- Late Payment Fees: A 5% late fee will be added if the invoice remains unpaid after 14 days.
- Recurring Late Fees: If payment is still not received, an additional 5% late fee will be applied every 2 weeks until the invoice is fully paid.
- Suspension of Credit Account: Failure to clear outstanding invoices may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your credit account.
💡 To avoid late fees, we recommend making payments on time. If you have any concerns regarding your invoice, please contact us before the due date.
*Please note we always do the round up for the total payment charges.

Any personal information that is provided by the user of this website is retained by Whiffy for the purposes of contact and shipping only and will not be distributed to third parties. We value your privacy. We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any payment information is not stored into our system and we use highly secured payment gateway for the payments. If you have any questions at all about our privacy policy, please contact us.

Please note: Only one coupon, special, or deal can be applied per customer at a time. Multiple promotions cannot be combined for the same customer or order.
Please be aware that stock levels are not updated live and bear no correlation to store stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer on certain items that may be on special. We will attempt to place a note on the items concerned; however, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed on limited items. Refunds based on incorrect data represented by either image or text for the product description will not be accepted.
