Shipping FAQ

At this time, we’re unable to offer in-person pickups. Our warehouse is set up exclusively for order processing and shipping.

Your tracking details are emailed to you as soon as the courier label is created. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder, just in case. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, feel free to email or call us and we’ll be happy to help.

In some cases, we may be able to update the delivery address after an order is placed. This depends on the order status and courier stage. If you notice an incorrect or incomplete address, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

We do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays can occur due to courier workloads, weather conditions, or public holidays. You can read about delivery time-frames from Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking details to be generated before contacting us for an update.

We ship internationally to Australia and a selection of other countries. Please be aware that once your order reaches its destination, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control. For accurate details on possible fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
