This, however, isn’t the typical warm, earthy patchouli we’re accustomed to, nor the cool, medicinal variation that some may favor. Instead, it exudes a fresh and clean quality commonly found in contemporary fragrances. This clean patchouli harmonizes beautifully with the bright citrus notes, making it a perfect choice for the summertime.

The fragrance maintains this refreshing character throughout most of its wear, gradually lightening as the vanilla note becomes more prominent. The smoky and woody undertones, which were subtle from the start, recede, allowing the vanilla to shine through. On fabric, the citrus lingers longer, and the patchouli and amber notes come to the forefront.
