You can manage your account anytime by visiting My Account and using the Profile & Settings section. From there, you can update your personal details, change your password, and manage saved addresses. We follow industry-standard security practices to ensure your information is stored safely and protected at all times.

You earn points every time you shop with us. For every $50 NZD spent, you receive 2 points. These points accumulate in your account and can be used towards future purchases. It’s our way of rewarding you for shopping with us.

Once you log in to your account, you’ll find a “Points” tab where you can view your total points balance and their value in dollars.

You can redeem your points directly at checkout. Simply apply your points in the cart to receive a discount on your order. Each point is equal to $1 NZD, so you can instantly save on your purchase.
