Wholesale Tiers
- As a basic wholesale account holder, you will enjoy a 20% discount on all products listed on our website for orders over $1000. To keep your Basic Wholesale Account active, you will need to maintain $1000 min. spend per month and $500 per order. You can place your order directly online, and our standard wholesale tier rates will be automatically applied.

- From time to time, we run exclusive weekly deals with our best bulk prices for Basic Wholesale customers. Each offer is valid for 7 days only and cannot be extended. Please note that products are not reserved until payment is received, and select low-stock items may be excluded from wholesale purchasing.
- Wholesale rates are updated every 12 hours to reflect current stock and pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions, supplier costs, or stock availability.
- Orders can be placed online through your wholesale account, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
- For orders over $2000, benefit from 25-40% off, depending on the product.
- Bulk discounts are available upon request, and orders must be placed manually.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for payment and processing.

Wholesale Return Policy
Please note that wholesale purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage all wholesale partners to review their orders carefully before completing payment.
Wholesale Payment Policy
All wholesale invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
⚠️ A 5% late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 7 days from the invoice date.
⏳ An additional 5% late fee will be applied every 2 weeks until the invoice is fully paid.
Stock Holding & Fulfillment Protocols
We strive to provide efficient and timely fulfillment for all wholesale orders:
- Orders ≤ 25KG: Shipped within Auckland on the same day the order is placed.
- Orders > 25KG: Wholesalers are required to arrange their own shipping.
For larger orders, we recommend coordinating with your preferred logistics provider to ensure smooth delivery.
