Q. Why can’t I find an item online?

A. If we are not going to re-stock an item, we will not show it anymore.

Q. Why can’t I buy an item online?

A. Please contact us if you have problem purchasing any product from our website.

Q. The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

Our everyday items are regularly restocked, so check back for these items. Some popular items can sell out quicker than expected. We try our level best to keep enough stock according to customer demand.

Q. I want to place a large order but it’s out of stock

A. If you want to bulk buy items and cannot purchase through the website, please contact us. Once contacted, we will contact you via email within 2 business days, with the item availability and expected delivery costs and time-frames.

Q. I have received the wrong product

A. If you have received the wrong product please email us straight away or give us a call and we will resolve it on urgent basis.
